10. Incidents

Scope

The "Incidents" section allows users to report an incident.

Incident section example

This type of event has the following parameters:

• Comment: short description of the incident;

• Document: URL to the document that justifies the incident;

• Created at: date of creation of the incident record at Bioweb.

Where to manage

At the left menu, click on "Incidents".

How to report an incident

To report an incident, click on the "+Add incident" button. The add incident window will appear:

• Document: click on the "Choose File" button to attach the document that justifies the incident in jpg, png, pdf, doc or docx format;

• Comment: short description of the reason for the incident (optional).

When you finish, click on the "Save and back" button to save your incident record and return to the incident main page. Your incident record will appear at the top of the list.
