Scope

The "Actions" section shows the user's daily clock in and out records.

Where to manage

At the left menu, click on "Actions".

The records table

Records have the following parameters:

• Datetime: date and time of the record;

• Event: type of event tracked

• GPS/IP: location where the recording took place by GPS or IP (set by the managing staff)

• Device: device at which the recording took place:

  • Web: when the record took place at the web version (Bioweb)

  • Mobile: when the record took place at the mobile version (BioApptil)

Sorting options

You can change the order of the records that are shown by clicking on the name of the fields at the top of the actions list (datetime, type of event, location, or device).

Sort by date (advanced)

To choose a custom date range, click on the "Date" filter and set the range manually, by choosing the start and end date from the calendars, or choose a preset option from the following: "Yesterday", "Last 7 Days", "Last 30 Days", "Last Month", "Custom Range".

When you finish setting the date range, click on the "Apply" button or cancel with the "Cancel" button.
